The world's top runner Usain Bolt breaks his own world record by running 200 meters in 19.19 seconds. He is 1.96 meters tall (6 ft 5 in) and 86kg ( 190 lbs) so it takes an amazing amount of strength to reach the speed he accomplished. One amazing statistic you should know is that in the last six races Usain Bolt has competed in he has won each and every one in world record times. His win streak dates back to the Reebok Grand Prix in New York 2008 to the current World Championships in Athletics Tournament in Berlin, Germany.

Usain Bolt is a Jamaican sprinter and a three-time World and Olympic gold medalist, he is the world record and Olympic record holder in the 100 metres, the 200 metres, Bolt had taken it easy in the semi-final, jogging to victory in an apparent attempt to save himself for a big effort in the main event.
